The Eastern Law Firm (ELF) was established in the year 2006 by founding partner Hafiz Munawar Iqbal Advocate High Court and was registered with the Islamabad Bar Council in 2017.

It has experienced significant growth since its inception and now operates throughout the country, Firm is a modern medium sized professional service firm established by young professionals with vast experience in public practice.
The firm’s core area of practice is civil law, both contentious and non-contentious with expertise in tax, internal and external audit, company, commercial, banking and related litigations. The firm also deals with general legal work including drafting of Financial Institutions agreement, Bills and other financial instruments including negotiable instruments and conveyance.
Our firm employs over 45 people, and our skills base comprises of CA (Pak), ICAEW and LLB. The growth of our organization has also created opportunities in human resources, marketing, and information technology and office administration. With increased infrastructure, we hope to recruit and grow our staff compliment even further in the next 3 years.
